Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

No no no thank you! You are one of the people who keeps the lights on here and makes sure we can talk about bikes and argue with each other about said topic!

Curtis I have a custom steel road bike, a Lynsky Helix Ti bike and a Wabi Lightning-older scandium model. The Wabi is my favorite just to go ride on the road or with a group if the pace isn't too fast. The other bikes cost many Wabis but the Wabi is more fun to ride. I wish Matt and you well and hope you can maintain Richard's customer service and quality of product at a fair price.

Bikes: Surly Cross Check 1x9 with Jones H Bar

I have a Classic scheduled to arrive tomorrow, so, I'll report back with any meaningful observations on the new regime. I can say so far, the communication has been very good.

I'm still dialing in some nuances with the fit, so, will post a little more in depth after another ride or two. But, I can say that it felt good enough to inspire me to attack an extra hill or two on the way home today!
