Is Leader going under?
Their eBay Store (Coghouse) is gone, and what's left of their website is on closeout, and almost everything is sold out. I'm selling my 725 after it recently developed the "Leader Creak".
I know that also within the last year, they've started up another company (LoCal Bikes) and it seems like they're hanging it up. Anyone hear anything similar?

I think things started getting a little intense in that thread. There's a lot of bad blood there.

It disappeared right after Leader showed up and started posting in it. Must be a coincidence.

I'm guessing Leader petitioned to have it taken down.

The whole thing is so shady I don't understand any of it. It drove me crazy for weeks. I finally gave up because I have other **** to worry about like how I owe New York 2500 dollars in back taxes.

Yeah, the whole mess isn't worth troubling yourself over. It's an extremely complicated story and I honestly wish I didn't know so many of the details.

Just an update- their website, facebook, and instagram have all been erased.
Looks like the final nail in the coffin.

722TS was the best Leader frame, mainly because it was manufactured by someone else and wasn't made from recycled beer cans.

NOt sure about the heritage ones but the OG 722TS were made by maxway as opposed to PCO who makes the beer can ones.
Also, there was a legit sale for them too when citygrounds fire-saled a whole bunch of them prior to the heritage 722's.

You're right, had to do a double take on the track ends which are "Maxway" less. I'm thinking of the SE premium brew.

Glad I found this thread.
I needed answers after I couldn't access their site or social media platforms.
Damn, I was always fond of Leader too...reading up on how ****ty they truly were makes me kinda sad HA
I received their latest 735 frame from them in January after having to open a warranty claim due to damage on a prior model of the 735.
Long story short, should I just sell it and invest in another frame?

You should just cut your losses, throw it in the trash and buy another frame.
