Starbucks is overpriced flashy nonsense -- sounds pretty appropriate for a Cinelli to me.

REDMASTA 07-11-17 01:48 PM

Because that's the price, if you don't want to spend it buy a #kilott or something else.

The whole you can't ride it on the road and Starbucks analogies are sort of ridiculous.

If I were racing a crit, like red hook, no way in hell I'd take my hands off the bar for even a second.

Think you have to give Cinelli a little more credit than that. If their bikes were made out of decent steel but tempered incorrectly (over roasted) then the comparison would be apt.

Cinelli is more like the too cool for school local coffee shop with the snotty employees (who you secretly lust after) that you have to admit make a damn good cup of coffee, even it's overpriced.

I'm between the vigorelli or the wabi lightning for a fixed crit build...can't decide

Cinelli, hands down, based on the geometry.

If you're shelling out for a Cinelli, you are most definitely not going to Starbucks.

Something local and organic with over educated barristas with lots of ink and facial hair.

Starbucks is for the Pure Fix crew.

+1 All the fixie goon homies ride Pure Fixies and we go to Dunkin Donuts.

seau grateau 07-18-17 04:31 AM

Dunkin' coffee tastes like broccoli.

nightfly 07-18-17 08:33 AM

Dunkin Coffee > Starbucks, it's the #KiloTT of coffee

Wspsux 07-20-17 11:36 AM

coffee sucks, drink monster, its healthier.

TejanoTrackie 07-20-17 11:43 AM

Scientific tests show that drinking a lot of coffee prolongs your life.

Eat a bag of black twizzlers as well for the full neon green experience.

I drink Tim Horton's coffee and I've got the bike to match.

What type of riding is the Wabi lightening suited for? Commuting?

I'll let you know when I get mine Wednesday! I'm having it set up pretty aggressive.

I do 50-100 mile road rides. I haven't done a 100 miler in 4-5 years but I do 50-75 often.
