How much is this frame worth??

So... I bought a frame online thinking I was getting a surly steamroller and although the geo is similar it's not a steamroller and further more it looks pretty shoddy. It's supposed to be brand new but it's had after market holes cut for routing a rear brake cable internally! The lugs look bad the paint job is pretty amateurish. It's a bit of a shambles.... Have a look at the pics for yourself (after I figure out how to post them) but I'm curious to know what the possible origin of the frame is before I dispute the sale. The seller sounded genuine in that he thought what he was selling was a frame worth £300???

Bummer.

You can't post pics until you reach a certain number of posts. In the meantime, upload them to a site like imgur and just post the links.

You can post the URL if you leave out the https:// bit.

Also, can't you attach images with <10 posts? For some reason I thought I've seen new users do that before.

Bikes: Road bike is a Carbon Bianchi C2C & Grandis (1980's), Gary Fisher Mt Bike, Trek Tandem & Mongoose SS MTB circa 1992.

My guess is $5.00
but thats just based upon the fact it sounds like crap

still can't post URLs but asked the same question on STW and the consensus was it's skip quality (which is what I thought) paypal lodged, refund in progress. Shame that folks like this are out there who give genuine sellers a bad name. Shouldn't have to go through all this crap but TF for paypal goods & services cover.

So, what? You bought this frame sight unseen? Not sure how else you could end up with something so radically different from what you thought you were buying.
