Looking for a frame

Hello,

I'm currently riding a 52cm 4130 Chromoly fixed gear, but it is way too small (I'm 6 feet tall). Been looking to get something that fits, and will ride smoothly. Ideally it could hold 2 water bottles too, but I will figure something out if it can't. Came across this today:

https://www.purecycles.com/products/keirin-pro-track-frameset?variant=39362368074

Can it take front and rear brakes? I can't tell from the specs, or the pics on my phone. Pure Cycles doesn't get a lot of attention here either, is this a decent frame?

A Wabi sounds like it could be a good buy with that criteria

That might be an option. Would the fork on a Wabi Classic fit a 27 x 1.25 rim and tire? I have 700 x 35 in the back of my current bike, but haven't bought a 700c rim and tire for the front yet.

I have a Swobo Accomplice (converted to drop bar). The frame is actually very sweet. Butted, the downtube is hydroformed and the rear fork ends are high quality. Two bottle mounts and massive tire clearance, it comes with 42's. At RPB you can get the entire bike for $229 using the code save10. The have a L and XL in stock. They mistakenly have the L listed as a 60cm.

The horrendous downtube decal peels right off.

The TT is really nice. I like the Chrome one:

Did some searching on the geometry, but couldn't find anything on the headtube length. Anyone know where to find those measurements? I'd like to get a frame with measurements close to my road bike, since it is very comfortable.
