Its just a little soreness and abrasion, thankfuly no real damage.
Yeah (metric), we rode about 50 or so miles yesterday without much issue, so it think 62 will be no problem.

You have the Sausalitio hill and a nice rolling section on paradise loop. Other then that not really, its not too bad. Not sure if any of you guys have ridden paradise loop but that road rocks. I think the first mile or two you have some rolling hills with some minor climbs, the next 5 miles, its rolling hills and more descents nice turns and little traffic. I think we would have a great time flying through there.

The fun starts after Paradise Cay, you can pretty much keep up with or go the speed of traffic, so we just took the full lane.

Where we went today:
Hunters Point Naval Shipyard
Groundwater, sediments, soil, and surface water are contaminated with fuels, pesticides, heavy metals, PCBs, and volatile organic compounds (VOCs). Soil also contains asbestos. A landfill located on Parcel E also contains radium dials. People who accidentally ingest or come in direct contact with contaminated soils, sediments, surface water, or groundwater may face a health risk. Potential threats may also be presented by off-gas from VOCs, particularly vinyl chloride, present in hot spots in soil and groundwater. Various radionuclides, primarily radium 226 and cesium 137, have also been found at the Shipyard. The Naval Radiological Defense Laboratory program operated at Hunters Point Shipyard from the 1940s to 1969.
That place was awesome!
