Will TT levers fit on sawed bars?
I am wondering if anyone out here has any experience trying to fit TT levers on cut bars? Probably shortened bullhorns. Just thought I would throw it out to you guys before I got myself in a pickle, any thoughts would be greatly appreciated!

Just did it: Profile Design Bullhorns + Cane Creek 200TT lever. I have cut the left hand side more, so the top of the lever (- plug) aligns with the top of the bar on the right hand side. Since the bars are drilled and grooved, I cut about 1.5cm above the bend, so a lever clamp fits to the the a round, undisturbed part of the bar.
BTW. Profile says "surface hardened" on the bars and indeed it is. I wanted to get rid of the black finish in the exposed area near the stem and it took me a while

I had the same dilemma... It seems to me that most, if not all TT levers use an internal wedge instead of a clamp. So you can only put them on a straight tube end, not a bend, like flipped'n'chopped drop bars. So I ended up buying a proper bullhorn, which I may end up shortening a bit. I figure that the only important thing is to leave 3 or 4 cm's of straigt tube at the end.
