spd cleats

Dont run the sh55 cleat with spds on a fixie. Its a multi release cleat the pulls out on the up stroke. I figured this out after I bought a set of shoes to replace my old ones and they had cleats which looked enough like the old mangled ones. No skipping, skids or hard sprints even when the tension was cranked. Thats my brain fart for the day. the sh 51 is the correct cleat
