I just received this set of tubular wheels built on these hubs but what are they?!

Bikes: steyr, lejeune, schwinn, sears, crescent, blah blah blah.

if it doesn't have any markings on it it's probable a generic knockoff of some sort. I have a bunch of hubs with flanges like that, several different manufacturers. suntour, campy and normandy whould all have their logos stamped on there.
