Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? Crank Brothers Rocks

I bought a new mini pump "power pro" or something (the small one with the pressure gauge). I hate it...I sent them an email saying it wasn't working for me and that I like their other stuff that I own. I get an email back within an hour offering me a free full-size replacement pump and they don't even want me to bother returning the one I bought.

Decent company!

From: south side, you got a problem with that?
they offered to replace, and actually did replace, my broken eggbeaters. i wasn't even looking for a replacement, i was just letting them know about the problem.

nice folks.

i have the power pump (the larger alloy one with the gauge) and it works prefectly. much better than my blackburn AS-1.

Anyone else use the Speed Lever? That thing is awesome, albeit kind of ridiculous. Pumpwise, I have (and love) the Topeak Road Morph.

I really dig their mini tool. So far mine's worked great. I use their Mallets on my Mt. bike, and they've been great too.

I don't want to sound like too much of a brand loyalist, but everything I own from Crank Brothers (eggbeaters, mini pump, multi-tool) seems very thoughtfully designed. I like 'em lots. Same goes for Pearl Izumi, while I'm thinking about it.

i recently converted from spd to crank bros and am a giddy convert. those pedals rock. a rare confluence of hard-working function and beautiful, simple design.

my partner has their multi tool, which saved my butt last night when I needed a different-sized spoke wrench, as it contains four different sizes! Not the most comfortable wrench, but i redished a 28spoke wheel, and trued it, and it really was not that bad. Gotta get me one of those.
