IRO Mark V fork

I just got my Mark V frame/fork in.

I noticed that the steerer tube is painted. Anyone elses painted too?

Its going to be a ***** to get off because I just tried thinner and wouldnt come off.

For a $250 frame, its pretty good quality. Minus the painted fork and a paint chip in the BB threads.

there is no need to remove that paint. Fact is it will actually protect from corrosion. Just face the fork crown and steertube and you will be fine just fine.
