removing decals from 2005 bianchi pista...

does anyone know if the decals on 2005 bianchi pistas are clear coated? if they are, is it still possible to take them off? thanks in advance

I used a screwdriver
Definitely not seemless, but it makes your bike a less desirable target for theft.
