paved bike trail, upstate ny
hey someone once told me about a great-sounding paved bike trail you can get to via metro north, a little upstate from the city. anyone know a. what it's called, b. how to get there, and c. if it's fixie-suited? any advice appreciated

here's the info
take a look at the south county trailway, and the north county trailway. I've done the south part, very flat and smooth, but better to do it on a day when the weather is not perfect, rain, cold, otherwise it'll be pack.
