Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

I thought we could use one more. Sorry TIP and apologies to the old timers in the forum. Sexy sexy chromey pistas! All I have is my beat ass conversion, should I upgrade to a Pisseda? Just kidding...work is boring today.

If your paranoia about being thought of as a hipster died down a little you might be able to actually ride the bike without freaking yourself out. Despite what you think, people aren't talking behind your back when you ride one.

I liked the older Pistas more, but it's not because of paranoia it's just I like darker colors.

They should make the Pista celeste for '06.

That's why it's good.

Hate for Pista is not based on bike itself, only image of type of person who rides bike.

For example I like the Sugino RD crank the Pista has and If I wanted to upgrade to another crank I could actually get some money for the Sugino RD on Ebay. How much money could I get for a house brand IRO crank? (IRO crank has worthless re-sale value)
