SRAM Freehub Singlespeed Conversion?
I have a second generation Santa Cruz Highball that I'd like to use as a single speed. I'll probably go with a Paul tensioner. My question has to do with using only one cog on the rear.
The bike has a SRAM MTH 746 rear hub. I'm not finding a lot of conversion options for the SRAM rear hub. Does anyone have experience in converting this hub to single speed? Is there one choice that's best?
Thanks.

Bikes: Foundry Chilkoot Ti W/Ultegra Di2, Salsa Timberjack Ti, Cinelli Mash Work RandoCross Fun Time Machine, 1x9 XT Parts Hybrid, Co-Motion Cascadia, Specialized Langster, Phil Wood Apple VeloXS Frame (w/DA 7400), R+M Supercharger2 Rohloff, Habanero Ti 26
It looks like a standard S-Group freehub body so any good quality kit should work fine, I would get one with nice wide splines so it does less damage to the freehub body. Certainly I would recommend Wolf Tooth quite highly but they make a titanium version (or at least did) which will last a nice long time.

Thanks for the reply. I just checked out Woof Tooth and their kit is for Shimano freehubs. The bike has a SRAM MTH 746 32h rear hub and a SRAM cassette. I haven't had it apart in a while so I'm guessing it's an XD freehub.
Assuming it's an XD freehub, any spacer kit recommendations for this driver?

I purchased Wheels Mfg SOLO-XD Single Speed Conversion Kit for XD/XDR Hubs. I think I'm running into a problem.
When I fit the Carrier Ring over the XD freehub, it does not go all the way down. I'm installing it on a SRAM MTH 746 32h hub. There's a 4mm gap between the Carrier Ring and base of the freehub.
I have another wheel with a Chris King hub and XD freehub. On this wheel, the gap is 2.5mm. Better but it still doesn't look correct.
Below are pics of the two hubs and the Carrier Ring.
I've tried calling Wheels Mfg multiple times and left multiple messages over the last ten days but have not heard back from them. Has anyone else run into this problem? I might be able to force the Carrier Ring down using the Lock Ring but it doesn't seem like the right thing to do. And if I did, I don't think I'd be able to ever get the carrier Ring off. Thanks.
