Left Hand Crank

Has anybody tried setting up a LH Drive? All I need is a LH hub right? everything else should work? ie assuming the crank will fit in the Left side. I wonder whether the bike will feel the same.

cheers

I had a LH setup until I went with clipless. It works the same - I really liked the fact that it was so different.
