Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

Yup, and has a clearance for 630 wheels (see how the brakes are set up) so will accomodate larger tires than my summer ride which just mounts 622x23 in front.

Your thread title had me confused. This is the winter Pug I thought you were talking about. It's got real room for large tires!

At 290 zlotys, how can you pass it up?

Yes, something like $90. It would be my 5th bike, and negotiations with my wife would be hard
I have to use the scarce resource wisely: I think I will convert my beater to the winter fixie ride, and buy one of these:
https://allegro.pl/show_item.php?item=65111209
https://allegro.pl/show_item.php?item=65454120
especially the second one would be an upgrade: it has two bent tubes, while my current fix has only one
. Selling Campy Deltas it comes with would reduce the net price as well.

Ah, $90. I actually only mentioned the price because I so rarely get to use the word "zloty" in my day-to-day business.
