I got it, it's funny in a nerdy way, which is why I laughed...
it's creates a random number between 0 and 1 multiplies it by the interger yourMom (which starts life with a value of 1), and as long as the result is less than 1000, then isSlut=true. so pretty much it always equals true, and all put together: yourMom isSlut
