i was in town last week and only spotted the brahleigh. there were two langsters, and a converted fuji. one of the langsters was brakeless. i was riding this piece

i was suprised to see so many fixes. i had only spotted one other last year. i am never around though

Hey! Where's mine? I just saw that sweet orange ride (KHS Aero Track?) today on my way to class, and I saw a guy walking a pink fixie around the diag a couple days ago.

How did I know that this would be the September that Ann Arbor jumps on the fixie train?

that guy with the pink fixie is awesome. it's a schwinn varsity, converted. he works (or used to) at the coffee shop by student bike shop, behind nickel's arcade. i've only talked to him once, two years ago, when i saw this craaaaaazy bike with only one gear.

at the time i was pushing this crappy 18speed mongoose mtb. he let me try the pink bike out, and BAM! another fixed gear rider is born.
