I was going to do a 60 mile organized ride with an old friend. The night before we go out to eat and then, start slamming martinis. The martnis had olives stuffed with blue cheese. I have no idea how many I had. When we decided we had enough, my friends had to help me out of the bar because I was too wasted.
I wake up the next morning, on the bathroom floor, in my own blue cheese vomit. I will never forget the smell of that!!! I ended up doing the ride still drunk/hungover from the night before. It was a not that great of a ride. |

a few weeks ago was my first, (and, as I'm telling myslf, last,) time riding drunk. Big party, much strong beer, and I decide to take off around three in the morning to avoid someone I didn't want to see just then. It was about thirteen miles home, across downtown seattle, and within a few blocks I starting to realize I should really just turn around before I hurt myself, when this guy jumps out between two cars at me, hollering something about my headlight. At the time I thought he was trying to mug me, so I sprint off. Five miles later, in a nicer partof town, I took a little nap on the porch of some business, hugging my bike. I ended up making it home, but I felt like a damn idiot.
