What does OCP mean?
I've heard it thrown around bike forums:
I would guess it to be online cycling poser. seriously.
I guess this opens the floodgates for everyone and their clever english skills to type things about pie and putting meat on the grill and clipless shoes.
but really, what does OCP stand for?

Yeah, Obessive Compulsive Poseur. I became quite familiar with it when I used to hang out on the road board more.
The basic concept is that its a term used to discribe a metal disorder that causes the afflicted to become so obsessed with excessive bike gear that they have far and away passed the level where the equipment is valid for their personal use.
I believe the fixed equal would be purchasing a custom Don Walker track frame, outfitting it with the best components and never, or casually racing on the track.
The important thing to remember is that there is absolutely nothing wrong with being OCP, it essentially means that you enjoy your bikes existance as much as you enjoy riding it. I know I fall into this catagory.

Also I believe that doing something like getting your phil wood hubs in a color to match your deep v rims which match your saddle and bar tape, which is all a color chosen to bring out some minor element in your frames detail, which you thought was important because it matches your custom bag......
yeah, thats the sort of thing they are talking about.
