Contains somewhat gory lyrics and is definitely NSFW as far as the content of the song goes.

Type-O-Negative, Exodus, Anthrax, early Metallica, Accept. Was really into progressive metal - Fates Warning and such.
As far as electronic, now I'm listening to downtempo stuff on Pandora, lots of remixes, and some of the electronic/samba/jazz fusion stuff.
Worldwide Groove Corporation
Bombay Dub Orchestra
Gotan Project
Desert Dwellers
Mysteria
Echophlekz <-- sooooo sexy!
Yeah, more electronic. Recommendations warmly welcomed.
By the way, 52.

I actually saw the Sex Pistols back in the late 90/early 2000s...that stupid Filthy Lucre Tour. At least I got to see them I guess.
Now I listen to everything except for some of the newer country. Life's too short to listen to the same genre.
My top 5 for a long time have been Blur/Gorillaz, M.I.A., Belle and Sebastian, Neko Case, and Radiohead.
But then I'll have songs like this in my current playlist...nowadays it's just about cheering me up/making me smile.
I can listen to stuff like this and it instantly puts me in a good mood....
OR...

I havn't loosened my rear wheel in several weeks or a month or two. The chain however, is noticeably more slack then previously.
Chain stretch or wear? Has the rear wheel crept forward?
Bike was purchased in August and still has the original chain cheapo chain. I'm going to slide the wheel back a bit but this is my first fixed-gear bike and my gut is that chains wear faster on FG bikes. What is the life span of a chain?

Too man variables regarding chain life.
You could always slide it back a bit and measure the edge of the nut to the edge of the track ends. Try to be precise as possible. Then if it happens again, compare the old measurement to the new one.

Your chain will continue to gain slack throughout its life. The pins and bushings wear down "stretching" the chain. Keeping the drive train clean of grit and road grime will help minimize the wear and tear but it's pretty normal to gain slack. Just make sure the chain's not about to pop off, back it up as needed or remove some links and slam the wheel.

I got away from satanic metal a while back - wasn't consistent with my faith - but saw Slayer in concert at least a dozen times BITD.

I'd say look at Giro...
High-Performance Giro Biking Gloves, Cycling Gloves & Bike Gloves
That said, I have two pairs of the POCs without padding and they're one of my favorite gloves (which is why I have two pair).

Any problem using an 8th in chain on 3/32 chainring and cog? I fear it will be "looser" and at risk of dropping the chain if tension isn't great. Application is for my winter beater which is a half assed conversion and not much play to tension chain.

Falling out of tree forts and riding bikes over ramps when I was a kid, car crashes, skiing way over my head... Broken wrist/hand/arm, pinched nerves, ripped tendons... I think I had a cast or stitches more often than not when when I was young and old man needs padding nowadays.

anyone know about the quality of sunrims m13? I've never had such low profile wheels before, so I'm concerned about their stiffness.
