Good frame for ss conversion?

I'm looking to help my friend get onto a singlespeed, and the first thing we need to get her is a workable frame. I found this frame for sale that might be worth checking out (for the price if nothing else; it's cheap). It's a "Viner" Italian frame, with a Reynolds Ouzo fork. I've never heard of these brands before and want to make sure I'm not walking into a trap. Anyone?

Also: We are kind of just trying to find any 50-51cm frame we can get for her (cheap but dependable) to get her riding-- any particular suggestions for brands/styles/makes/details we should be on the lookout for? I'm pretty new into the cycling thing myself so having me as the person she's going to for help makes me feel pretty dumb. Any help is much appreciated... thanks.

how much is the Viner? It's a very good bike. That Reynolds Fork is carbon.

i have had my viner for about 5 years and I'm happy with it. Granted, it's a track frame ( track ends) not a converted road frame. The main thing is.... does it have horizontal dropouts, if it does....go for it.
