Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

But seriously:

Been enjoying The National's Alligator, Rogue Wave's Descended Like Vultures, Cat Power's The Greatest, and lots of Ted Leo/Pharmacists lately (hopefully will get to see him play next weekend if I can get off of my own gig early enough.

Ted Leo is the nicest, most down to earth, hardest working man in showbusiness and he can throwdown one helluva layback turn on a skateboard when it's raining out. Definitely go see that show.

Nothing beats a new girlfriend with better taste in music than you. She got me into Tubeway Army-- Gary Numan's first band, really awesome stuff. And T.Rex's The Slider.
