Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

Welcome to one of the best cycling cities in the country!

Maybe we can ride sometime if you promise not to laugh at me 'cause I'm on a geared bike....my SS/Fixie is still a work in progress.

hey, no problem. i'm a relative newbie to fixed gear myself. all i know is that it's one of the best things to ever happen to me.

and yeah, i used to live here a bit ago...great city for cycling. let's ride.

and the life aquatic soundtrack--i didn't realize that's who that was.
