Oh man, Toscanini's! Now we'll have to have an ice cream thread!

I'm choosing to ignore the heretic who said Hi-Fi is good pizza (good if you're drunk at 2am, maybe). Instead, I'll second the vote for Emma's as best pizza in Cambridge. You gotta love sweet potato on pizza! Best cheap slice is Pinnocchio's in Harvard Square. Get the sicilian-style spinach!

Best pizza in Boston is Regina's, the original. Best cheap pizza is New York Pizza on Tremont Street. Worst cheap pizza is Natalie's in Allston. Unless you're drunk at 2am, that is.

F*ck pizza its all about bagels, Lower manhattan is all about bagels on the square, 24 hour bagel place with a million different types of cream cheese. Brooklyn is all about bagels on bedford, right in the middle of williamsburg, awesome constantly warm bagels covereddddd in cream cheese.....**** I want a bagel.

that place is a gem. i usually drop in if i'm headed down to coney island. the old man who makes everything (kinda slowly) is amazing, and a local legend.

grimaldi's under the brooklyn bridge is pretty fantastic too.

Rhode Island has a new spot on Thayer called Nice Slice. New York style pizza, with a great art theme to it. Shepard Fairy (Obey) did a lot of the artwork in there, including metal sculptures, and large silkscreened posters. The boxes are all silkscreened by hand with different local artists designs. Plus, they offer a whole bunch of vegan slices.

I'm in a skate-themed band here called Third Death, and we've got a song called "Skate or Eat Pizza". Here's what our t-shirts look like:

i'd say it's worth the drive to Miami proper to get a slice from Andale on Biscayne.

This is a large slice of pizza.

I read this whole ridiculous thread to see if New Haven got mentioned. The pizza here is out of control. It's ridiculous how high the standards are.

Regina is the stuff of greasy, garlicky dreams. I don't know if they still do it, but when I was a kid, they'd have bottles of olive oil with big chunks of garlic floating in it on the tables ... you know, just in case your pizza isn't greasy enough ...

If you're north of Beantown, there's a place in Melrose called Caruso's that's a close second to Regina's.

If you're here picking up your Carl Strong frame in person McKenzie River Pizza is just a few blocks away. Otherwise Colombo's up by the college.

Along my ride in Houston,TX, there's New York Pizzaria on Holcome, Frank's in Downtown, and Star Pizza on Washington. Frank's always gets a nod from me, as I can always shoot the breeze with Tim between his deliveries.

Newton, MA- Sweet Tomatoes
Brighton, MA-My house, out of my oven

Best pizza I ever had was in Boston, north end perhaps. I don't remember the name of the place but there was a line around the corner waiting to get in. My friend and I skipped the entire line a picked a spot at the 6-8 person bar. I remember seeing pictures of I believe the owner crawling inside of the oven doing some repairs. I think it might even be wood burning, but perhaps not. But damm that the the best pizza I've ever had.

I lived in Chicago. Chicago Pan is not pizza. When you're given the option of sausage pieces or an entire patty that is not pizza. In fact I'll go as far as to say that I don't like it. The crust is more like corn meal then flour...eeewwwuuuu.

St. Paul, MN: Punch's on Cleveland Avenue in Highland Park. Authentic wood-fired neapolitan pizza.
Portland, OR: Escape From New York on NW 23rd. Not as greasy as Rocco's.
Lucca, Italy: Can't remember the name, but oh my god!! Perfection by the slice.
