Has anyone ridden American Classic Track hubs?

If so, what would they be worth, and how do they compare to what you are presently rolling on?

Bikes: '06 Vanilla touring, '09 Vanilla cx, Zanconato cx, Moots Psychlo-X RSL prototype, Nagasawa track, Kalavinka track, Black Cat 29er, Cannondale Rize 2 26er, Serotta CRL Legend

I owned one... but never built it. It ended up as the rear wheel on gravityhurts' Holland, which is know in SF with jim-bob, if I remember correctly.

Looked nice, good sealed 6001s...

Bikes: gt gtb & marinoni pista special.

I never owned one.

But from the site, they aren't made anymore, so finding replacements is going to be tough.

Also, from reading a review (although its only 1 review)
it doesn't sounds too amazing.
The dude compares the suzue basics to the am classic and he thinks the suzues are a LOT better.

m, Suzue basic and AmClassic aren't in the same class. AmClassic is a lot closer to Phil in terms of build tolerances than some horse**** cup aand cone Suzue jive...

I know that I have seen AmClassic hubs come in white... now that would be so posh. The only thing is that for both road and track the only white ones I saw were LF.

edit: here's the pics
