Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

To rock one of these rather than your typical blinkie tail light: a programmable led belt buckle!

Wouldn't that look sweet on your mess bag? Mine's gonna scroll "DOG BALLS"

Whoa.

That is the jiz! Err. Biz.

At $30, that's really not much more than your usual blinky. I wonder how bright it actually is.

Mine will scroll, "Poop. Like from a butt." (Oh yeah, I bet I'm the only one who saw the Penny Arcade crew talk at MIT. I guess you had to be there.)

i actually thought about putting one of those on my bike like a bike plate, that said something along the lines of "f**k off cars" or "i'm carrying a gun" to ward off *******s in cars.

yea...I'm always real careful going downhilll with a driver behind me, I don't like the idea of a driver seeing me pedaling, meanwhile I'm trying to slow down

if they don't know about fixies...I wonder what the hell they think I'm doing...lol... bobbing in my saddle, skipping to my lou...and looking back at them...

Man. Those damn things are all over Canal street. I got one like a year ago. It was a nice joke toy. Now it just sits in a box under the bed. It kinda kills the fun when you see some big 300lb. fat chick wearing one that says "Baby Girl" or "Sweet C*nt"

My sister gave me one of those for christmas as a joke. She programmed it to say "i luv bikes" and when i put it on for the first time it broke. I was disapointed.

if i had one i'd put it on the back of my bike and it would say "hats off to val kilmer" because he is a talented actor, and it would increase visibility
