Backwards circle question.
I've been working on this casually for a while, and I always seem to get hung up about 3/4 of the way around. I think it might just be that I'm already anticipating having to change direction, but in the videos I've watched it seems like this is the part of the circle where your momentum comes into play, but since I suck so badly at this I've been taking it slow, which means I can't really lean into the turns. Soo... does more speed help at first?
Ok. Flame away.

think about it...if you're going too slow, 's almost impossible to create pedaling force when the cranks are vertical...
also...trying to ride backwards (not in circles) helped me a lot because you have to get used to steering to keep the bike under you while going backwards
