Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? He was a bad boy and a number of people complained about his injudicious post. Don't worry it's not permanent.

FYI: My repost of the posts that were deleted were deleted. PM me for the link.

I read the forum guidelines again, and I saw nothing in there that said, "You can't make the mods look silly by linking to posts they deleted." Is there some secret set of rules that I haven't seen?

So much for rule of law!

vomitron, here's a thought: you re-post something that was previously removed. What are the odds of your post being removed as well?

Isn't being banned from the SSFG forum kinda like being sent to your room after throwing vegetables at your parents during dinner?

SSFG forum members....always pushing that envelope.

Also, can someone compile the complete lexicon of shant's sayings and outburts, so we can all refer to them as we compose our own posts:

"_________ is the jam"

"_________ is a ******" or "******bag"

"die"

"you lechy bastards"

"****"

etc, etc

My point was that I rspected the guidelines by not reposting the picture directly. I posted a link to a copy of the thread, which is not against forum guidelines. I was "respecting that."
