Are they comfortable? They look great but just wonder how wrist friendly they are. Would be a good candidate for 1992 Rockhopper SS conversion.

I think the bar is really comfortable. It shortens the reach a bit for bikes with long top tubes and places the hand in a very natural position.

i have a couple friends that ride bars similar to these noahs arc and they love them, i've never rode on them but i dont think i'd ride too hard, for the most part whenever they ride the bars its just for cruising, they look nice tho

Throw a Brooks Conquest on there and you'd have the cherry on top of an already awesome sundae.

more curved would make it nearly a half circle... so, you're talking like a rounded North Road?

yeah, half circle like. the soma bars weren't as arced as I wanted em to be. I'm gonna go with nitto b617 promenade bars. this bike pretty much shows how I'm building up my grocery runner. https://velospace.org/node/20695

Ah, I see... yeah, the promenade's are nice. You may also look at some of the VO branded bars (they also carry some of the Nitto city-type bars) https://yhst-84224226242177.stores.ya...t/haandst.html

Also, they have some very nice grips, like the elk-hide sew on city grips.
