I forget the name but you can call Zipp and they will email you the specs on them. I have a set of those as well and they are so smooth, and thats after a good 3 years doing courier work in Boston all year round. You can not find replacement parts for it though.

Bikes: Lots. Mostly steel. Mostly heavy. Mostly geared, and very low, at that.

They only come in 28 hole, which is probably fine if you pair them with zipp rims and ride them on the track, but personally I wouldn't ever ride carbon rims on the street, and I'm too heavy and hard on stuff to ride 28 hole with anything less stiff than something on that scale.
That said, they're f#cking amazing. I really wish they made 'em in a 36 hole version, or at very least, a 32. Thing is, they're TRACK equipment. I really wish the Dura-ace track cogs came in larger sizes, but they're racing equipment, they don't need to make stuff for street use.

I believe that you can get them custom-drilled (or custom-coined to be technical) with however many spoke holes you want.

the fine print says no labyrinth seals, pretty sure phil bearings have those, which means if you ride them in teh rain they will gunk up like an old ball and cone hub. they seem more geared for track racing than mixed street use.

"coined is when its basically punched out rather than drilled.
rolled threads are smoother, they can be repeated to much tighter tolerences and reduce the fatigue of the metal of the thread.
they basically use a die that presses the threads rather than cuts them
they can also forge it while rolling.
pretty neat"

addressed, but Zipp and Phil Wood are hardly in the same league.
Phil Wood makes fancy hubs for people with some money who
want to bling out their bike, while Zipp makes probably the best
and winningest wheels and wheel components in the world. I
am sure someone here will correct me, but I've never seen Phil
Wood hubs in a serious competitive setting, certainly not on the
track.
