I've got an 18t cog coming in from Business Cycles some time this week. I am excited!

Came super quick.
Ordered it on Saturday got it today.
But, what the F is up with their online ordering system?
The majority of the best online bike shops have the ****tiest websites EVER!
Yellow Jersey, BikeWorks NYC, Business Cycles...
What gives?

Too busy being awesome on a personal level to put too much into their sites. Some of the designers here should offer their design services to these site in exchange for bike schwag.

ok, so when chroming things they're just dipped, which
i knew. and usually they are polished before, so you're
right, they are polished. but i guess it would be possible
just to partially dip the cog face down. that's actually sort
of the impression i got when i looked at mine. it seemed
that it was chromed, then the chrome (shinyness) faded
away just on the other side of the teeth.
so ...ask phil.
