It has been reached. A crucible this place is no longer.
If having that god awful eBay thread is such an important factor of riding fixed/single speed, how about someone hosts it offsite and links in their signature line. I was at one time entertained over its "loss" - now it is just pathetic and dragging.
Face it folks - it is over. No speech stolen from John Belushi could ever revive that sickly corpse hanging above, marked appropriately as "sticky." It has been thrown against the wall, and died as a result.
As a side activity, maybe you could all gather and mourn the loss of such a waste of space and go on a fixed gear shopping trip.

Bikes: I built the Bianchi track bike back up today.
And here I thought this thread would have something to do with track racing...

just like this forum might actually contain over 50% LEGITMATE content...go figure.
The preponderance of "eBay" threads lately is rather disheartening.
If it is gone, bid it farewell. If you want it back, get creative. If nothing works, shut up about it already.

It's dead. Let it be dead. And while we're busy letting it be dead, can some mod un-sticky the thing so it can really be dead and resting in the bowels of the archives?

While I agree wholeheartedly, I think the nature of this forum and those who frequent it, will never stop kicking until the dull, liquid thud of rotting flesh is replaced with the crisp rattle of bare bones.
