Monster Track photo and videos go here

Before people start posting it on the massive monster track thread, I thought I'd start one since we were talking about it last night. A lot of photos were taken, as well as videos so I guess when people get home they can post it up here.

you can batch resize photos in photoshop without much trouble. but i decided to not kill my bandwith (there's over a gig of photos overall and hosting it on my server would destroy my bandwith), so they're all going up, full sized, into Flickr. Its takin me a long while to upload them in batches, but it'll be done soon enough.

ImageMagick has a stupid name but it does exactly what you want and about a million other things quickly and from the command line. it should build on almost any modern unix, OS X, and maybe some other crappier systems as well. it's way faster and more efficient than photoshop in batch mode (rather like destroying a mite with a howitzer, makes me cringe a little). this is the secret to all those sites that automatically resize photos. the backend just makes calls to ImageMagick and generates images on the fly.
