Custom decals sources

Anyone have any sources for cool decals to apply to frames? I'm talking about graphics like cartoons or flames or something. Say I have a totally blank frame, where could I get decals or graphics to ornamentize it? Thanks.

The velographicdecals guy can print out any illustrator file into a decal, I believe. He's nice, and a BikeForum member.
