Romic Track Frame Owners...
Trying to find out more info about my current frame (I have some sorta unholy fixation with it).
Any pics, serial #'s, info (Specifically build dates) would be awesome.

son of romic track frames...
hey folks; new user here.
I have a frame that *may* be a romic and am looking for photos of other romic frames to help comfirm. (i'm also contacting the romic shop in texas; have two phone #'s but no website).
i bought this bike online maybe 6 years ago advertised as a colnago; when I got the bike, it had no colnago stamps *anywhere* on the frame, only a kinda crappy paint job and colnago stickers. the guy who sold it wouldn't budge that it was anything less than a colnago, although after I sent photos to ernesto colnago he said unequivocally it was not one of his bikes (and, moreover, where did I buy it?)
well, now I'm thinking about getting it repainted / touched up, but I really want to know what kind of frame it is.
a reputable shop owner / builder in my area (chicago) said it definitely wasn't italian (despite the campy dropouts) and suggested it might be a romic...
if anyone has fairly close up photos of their romic track frame bottom brackets, rear triangle brake stay (I have no idea what the technical name for that part is called) lugs, or anything really identifying, please send me to a website or email the images to my gmail acct, endtime34@gmail.com.
thanks for any assistance,
b

I am 90% sure that my romic is a custom one but here are pictures. its got aero tubing and lugs to make it a pretty orginal ride.
there was a romic on fixedgeargallery.com about a month or two ago. do a find search on the main page and you will find it. it was more of a standard romic that was said to be a production one.
