I bought this on craigslist and had it powder coated (it had gone thru more than a few rattle can jobs). There are no markings on it whatsoever, no engravings of any kind numbers or otherwise. Can anyone tell by looking at the lugs. I didn't include pics but it is a track frame.

Is there anything engraved on the bottom of the bottom bracket shell? If so, take a picture.

my first thought was "hey, those lugs look like my old motobecane that got jacked" so i checked fgg and i think i might be right (not that it's my bike, just that it's a motobecane.)
i don't know much about motobecane track bikes though... here, look. https://www.fixedgeargallery.com/2004/f/troyer.htm

That's a conversion. Lugs can be bought from manufacturers like nervex, and if they were then they aren't going to do much for figuring out the make of the frame.

they look pretty indistinguishable

aka they are going to look like the same lugs on millions of bikes.

Looks like a brother of mine (maybe the tips of the lugs are carved differently). Sorry, I can not identify this either, looks like Long Shen lugs.

How heavy is your frame? Mine, at <1650g is extremely light for old lugged steel.
