for whatever my opinion's worth, i don't think so...i'm looking at a pair now, they look nothing alike.

They look more rounded at the edges than I expect Sugino 75s to look. I can't swear they're track cranks at all. Looks like there might be a ledge for a second chain ring on the inside. Plus the finish looks different to me. My eyes are failing, though.
