Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

not to stoke the fire, but wouldn't this make more sense as a PM? this thread doesn't "really" have anything to do with the forum either.

.02 cents

No problem for me. If I had something better to do right now I'd be doing it.

Yellowbike,

devotees of this forum spend ridiculous amounts of time discussing the most ephemeral topics day in and day out. My threads are either of interest to me (one vote) or oof interest to my local riding buddies (more votes), or to those who respond to me (a definite number of votes).
I got your personal message, that is enough.

I often cook for other riders, food is important.
I don't know too many riders that don't also read, often I find they read interesting stuff. I thought I might learn something.

Etc.

I don't understand why you are so uncool. I am not imposing on your world, don't impose on mine.
