Goodbye NYC, hello Moab.
I am trading the track bike on the streets for the singlespeed MTB at Slickrock. I'll be leaving NYC April 11th to fly to AZ and buy a new Truck and SS MTB. Looking at the Kona Unit, if anyone knows of a used small one for sale PM me. Then I'll be heading to Moab to ride untill I feel like leaving. Then I'll head up to Chicago, and points midwest. Any of you NYC crew that want to do the going away bike ride / drinkin beers under a bridge somwheres look me up before I leave.

Oh snap... looks like a crazy weekend ahead of us. You better not leave before we take you on one last night out on the town, NYC style.
Can't believe you want to go to arizona where it's always a nice a comfy 100 degrees.... good luck with the move and hope you visit us often.

Been there, done that. Jealous as hell I can't do it again. Moab was the tits! Congrats.
It's the best time to go too, right before it gets unbearably hot in UT.
Sending a PM about parts hookup.

Going away party
I have decided to do the going away party thingie at Sophies on 5th between Ave. A & B on Sunday night. I will be bikeless after Friday, so the party at S_9s house would be a little hard to get to for me. Any of you NY people who want to come out and see me one last time head over around 10ish.

I am not a fan of metro bicycles here in NY, but I did have to run into to the canal street and six ave location and they had Kona Units goiing for $650 as opposed to the MSRP of $799. Great bike. They didn't make an 06 version so all they are selling are the 05s.
