I wonder if we'll ever see one scratched, used, locked to a post with a fender and spoke cards on the streets of some big city.

Personally, I think the integrated bar/stem deal looks a little funky. Like, in a bad way.

That thing is luscious! I want to lick it!
Vanillas are usually a bit over the top for me, and I'll never understand integrated stem/bars, but they are all gorgeous.

A bike like that is gorgeous new, but a bit TOO gorgeous. I know I'd have a problem putting the first scratch on one if I owned it, but once it was broken in and showing signs of wear I think I would love it even more. I wouldn't have to feel so bad about riding it like a bicycle, and I could just enjoy it.

There's a photo that a few people have seen -- it was from last year's Monstertrack during the swap meet I believe and I can't seem to find it but it's a famous photo of sorts of a cream Vanilla that was really beat up - paint scratched, etc. It was beautiful. I think the hub was even a Chub.
