anyone have this bike and know the seat post size for a reminton track frame? Need to know, I dont have the frame at hand. I got my eye on this seatpost on ebay, and its 26.8mm.

it's probably 27.2. you can use a soda can to shim a 26.8 up to a 27.2...ooooor you could just wait until you have the frame and measure it.

good call. I dont have the frame yet, and the seatpost ends tomorrow... This is going to be my first frame. im new to this. Since the seat post is 26.8, and you say its probably a 27.2, what do i do to make it fit?

buy a seatpost that is the correct size. shims blow. ask the person you bought the frame from what the seatpost size is.
