eer, friction shifting?

Yeah sure il try the one big outer thing, thanks, is there anything else I should buy apart from the cable and avid rollamajic thing, apart from an XTR rear derailleur??!!

Dan,
Unless you feel like you just have to have the XTR der, XT works great and is quite a bit less expensive.
