Yesterday, I locked my bike out front of the cafe where I was meeting my friend. I locked it to a parking meter, as I normally do (mini u-lock). I was just about to leave when another friend of mine walks up to my bike. We get talking, and she starts playing with two pennies on my saddle. I figured they were her's, but she said that she jsut saw 'em sitting on my bike. I'm riding a beat-to-**** white Regal with copper rivets, and the pennies matched perfectly. We decided that someone must've liked my bike (especially the Regal) and decided to leave me a token of their love.

This bike is getting me so many compliments, I can't help but smile when I ride it. I don't ahve pictures yet, but when I do, they'll go straight to the sticky. I'll give you a little hint as to it's look: I repainted it and my friend calls it "the fake Merckx."

Thought the forum could use some more light-hearted stories...
