it's 22" from the center (locus of the circle described by the shell) of the bb shell to the center of the toptube, as measured along the seat tube

the whole freakin' INTERNET is a calculator, and so is your computer! try google, or hit the windows key, then the r key, then type calc (i'm too lazy to look up the mac command).
