There's so much crap in this thread. I might as well toss some of my own in.
I have an Icebreaker balaclava and glove liners. They are both made in China.
If it hasn't been said already, I think Rapha killed their US site.
I've had the jacket, epic cap, long-sleeve jersey, and short-sleeve base layer for about six months. The jacket is excellent and you shouldn't worry too much about getting it a little small, it's stretchy. The cap is awesome. The base layer is one of my favorite shirts because it does it's job well and the fit is nice. The jersey is alright, but doesn't really look good with anything but cycling shorts due to the way it's made. That was a little disappointing, but is really my own fault. I also have the armwarmers which I love.

I'll definitely ask the designers where their crap is made next time I see em. My softshell unfortunately has a tag that says made in China in it but to the best of my knowledge the vast majority of their stuff is designed and produced in the UK.

However, big ol MADE IN CHINA right on the care label. Bummer

response to the original thread..
before the thread was hijacked, there were some questions about the manufacturing practices of Rapha. while it appears some of their products are made in England, the softshell is made in Vietnam:
