I think the chainring is on the inside so the chain will line up with the cog. the frame pad came from montano velo in oakland, Ca.

Seems kind of crappy to me that they gave you a BB that makes you put it on the inside to get good chainline. But, whatever works.

iro's crank is such that the chainring mounts on the inside of the spider. there is no outside mount.

For me Tony shipped it on a Friday a week and a half ago, and it arrived on this past Thursday, so the UPS 4 (might have been 5) business day shipping was accurate I think. Also, mine was already built and sitting around, so they didn't really have to do much to it before shipping it, and shipped it the day after I ordered. It was a rough wait for sure, but definitely worth it.

I was thinking of asking for black components, but it already had some nice black wheels on it and I just didn't want to wait any longer than necessary for it. Now seeing it in person I've found I actually like the contrast with the silver parts that it came with. Tony's Pic. However, I think it would still be badass to have a completely black one.

They did not come prepped, i watched my mech file down the paint if thats what you mean.

you went all track style with those bars. Are you going to take it to Hellyer? If not you might want to do a full wrap or get some bars similar to your road bike.
