what i did was fit the end over my sink faucet and turn on the hot water for a little bit, minute or two after the water gets hot. then dumped the water out, put my finger over the bottom hole, poured some rubbing alcohol in, put my other hand over the top, and shook it around. then dump that out and it should slide on like nothing. i used a rag when i was twisting cause if not my hand just slipped over the grip

took maybe 30 seconds of actually putting it on, so easy

Just cause Ceya ain't here quite yet doesnt mean we can leave out rubber cement. I was a nonbeliever until I saw the man do it. Throw some rubber cement in the grips, the fumes makes em expand a bunch and lubes em up so they slide in nice and easy. They dry in like 5 minutes and don't spin at all and all you have to do to get em off is roll em. Now if only I had some rubber cement...
