Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

It means that it was Japanese-market, not EAI imported. I brought it in from Japan.

It was a particularly nice Gan Well as well -- Tange Pro Special tubing -- very light.

We must assume that, once this frame is built up, Les will never pause nor hesitate - much less stop.

Here's a secret on the Nitto Jaguar seatposts: Rivendell stocks them in their online store for only $80 brand spankin' new. $75 if you're a member. That's at least 1/3 off the going price these days.

There was a topic on that awhile back ... it was like "Thomson vs. Nitto vs. Shimano" or something. If you search or just browse back through the last week's worth of topics you should be able to find it. Ceya and 11.4 chimed in w/ some info, so you know it'll be a helpful read (clamp mechanism, setback options, stiffness were all discussed).
